Aneurysm is a clinical manifestation of limited or diffuse dilatation or bulging of the arterial wall due to a lesion or injury to the arterial wall. Ace Therapeutics aims to provide integrated basic research and drug development services to further investigate the pathogenesis of aneurysms as well as therapeutic approaches.
Aneurysm is a limited or diffuse dilatation or bulging of the arterial wall due to lesions or injuries to the arterial wall, with a swollen, pulsatile mass as the main manifestation. It can occur in any part of the arterial system, and is more common in the trunk arteries of the limbs, the aorta, and the carotid arteries. Aneurysm formation is associated with the loss and destruction of elastin and collagen, the two main components of the arterial vessel wall.

We understand that appropriate animal models are one of the difficulties in aneurysm disease research. We can provide animal models of aneurysms induced by various factors (such as atherosclerosis, hypertension, thrombosis) as well as transgenic animal models, aiming to contribute to new breakthroughs in the field of aneurysm research to the best of our ability.
Custom Animal Model Development Services
We can provide the following animal model construction services to help researchers carry out animal experimental studies of aneurysms from multiple perspectives.
Transgenic Animal Model Development Services
In order to advance the research of aneurysm-related gene regulatory mechanisms, we can provide our clients with construction services of transgenic or knockout animal models, including but not limited to the following genes:
Genetically Engineered Mouse Models
We can provide the following high quality genetically engineered mice for aneurysm research.
How to detect and prevent aneurysms early is a major focus in the research field. Based on our pathology and imaging technology platform, we can help our clients to study the pathogenesis of aneurysms and evaluate the efficacy of therapeutic drugs.
Pathogenesis Research Services
The pathogenesis of aneurysms is very complex and involves many factors. With the help of our multi-omics research technology platform, we can help our clients explore the pathogenesis of aneurysms through gene expression, protein expression, and metabolite analysis.
Pathology and Imaging Services
For animal studies of aneurysms, we can provide researchers with pathology and imaging assays for visual model validation and efficacy assessment, including but not limited to:
Based on our specialized novel drug research technology platform, we can provide our clients with research outsourcing drug development services, including but not limited to the following drug types and targets:
