Cardiovascular Implant Coating Services

Inquiry

For cardiovascular implants, surface coatings can optimize the performance of the implant or give the implant a specific function. Ace Therapeutics provides surface coating and modification services for cardiovascular implants to assist in the development of new cardiovascular implants.

Cardiovascular Implant Coating Technologies

Implant surface coating technologies refer to the application of one or more materials to the surface of implants to improve their performance, increase their service life, and enhance their biocompatibility. The most commonly used surface coating modification technologies for cardiovascular implants are mainly hydrophilic and antimicrobial coatings, which can reduce the risk of vessel wall damage and healthcare-induced infections.

Our Services

Ace Therapeutics is able to provide a wide range of biomaterial coating services for our customers' cardiovascular implants to enhance the functionality of the implanted device.

Cardiovascular Implant Coating Processing Services

We offer our customers a range of multifunctional implantable coating capabilities through the application of a variety of processing technologies to enhance the functionality of medical devices.

  • Lubricating Coatings
We use hydrophilic coatings to create lubricated surfaces for implantable instruments, thereby facilitating implant delivery and placement.
  • Elastomeric Coatings
We offer elastomeric coatings for implants, including silicone and polyurethane, to create a blood-permeable barrier for implantable devices and eliminate tissue adhesion to the implant.
  • Drug-Eluting Coatings
We provide eluting coatings for implants containing anti-restenosis drugs such as rapamycin and paclitaxel, which inhibit endothelial proliferation.
  • Antimicrobial Coatings
We can provide coating surface modification services for our customers' implants by immobilizing antimicrobial substances on the surface of cardiovascular implants in the form of coatings by physical adsorption and chemical bonding.

Ace Therapeutics has extensive research experience in the field of cardiovascular implants. We are committed to providing our customers with a wide range of functionalized coatings for cardiovascular implants. If you are interested in our cardiovascular implant coating services, please do not hesitate to contact us.
