This dye is commonly used for histological staining, fluorescent-activated cell sorting machines (FACS), immunofluoresence (IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The product can be used as a marker of proteins, forming conjugates via the sulfonyl chloride (SO2Cl) group. |
