Description Immortalized Mouse Brain Endothelial Cells - SV40 from Ace Therapeutics are a specialized cell line developed by immortalizing primary mouse brain endothelial cells using SV40 Large T antigen. These cells have been extensively characterized and demonstrated to maintain the immune barrier properties of primary HBMECs. Each vial contains at least 1×10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
