Description Annexin V-FITC Apoptosis Staining / Detection Kit is a one-step staining procedure that detects apoptosis by staining exposed phosphatidylserine (PS) which has translocated to the external cell surface. The kit is used to detect membrane changes that occur in early apoptotic cells.
This kit contains:
• Annexin V-FITC Staining solution
• Propidium Iodide Staining solution
• 10x binding bufferSize 1 kit, 100 tests Applications The kit is used to differentiate between:
• Apoptotic cells: Stained by Annexin V-FITC but not propidium iodide
• Necrotic cells: Stained by both Annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide
