Ace Therapeutics provides protein analysis services for the study of various psychiatric disorders. We are dedicated to helping you understand the mechanisms of signal transduction, transmembrane transport, cellular metabolism and protein interaction-related biological processes in psychiatric pathology, thereby helping you identify biomarkers and unravel the pathogenesis of psychiatric disorders.
Identifying disease-related, immune-associated proteins in the blood will be a minimally invasive and cost-effective approach to help us understand the molecular mechanisms and pathways involved in schizophrenia (SCZ) and bipolar disorder (BD). In addition, protein analysis could help us identify disease-specific biomarkers and predict the potential for disease risk, disease progression and treatment response in SCZ and BD.

We are committed to helping you understand the pathogenesis of psychiatric disorders and identify the pathways involved in responding to your drugs through our proteomics services. For specific psychiatric disease biomarkers we adopt a targeted strategy, for example, we can use proteomics to quantify fewer than 100 proteins with great precision, sensitivity and throughput.
We focus on all available biochemical methods and advanced biophysical techniques for identifying relevant protein molecules and dissecting the function of cellular PPI under well-defined conditions. I am committed to providing accurate PPI data that will bring insights into the network biology of psychiatric disorders and explain the interrelationships between disease-associated genes and proteins.
We can provide tests for enzyme activities related to psychiatric disorders, including but not limited to NDEL1 oligopeptidase, methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR), CYP2C19 enzyme, phospholipase A2, angiotensin I-converting enzyme (ACE), antioxidant enzymes, telomerase, salivary alpha-amylase, serum prolidase, catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT), 6-phosphoglucose dehydrogenase, citrate synthase (CS).
Ace Therapeutics provides high-quality analytical services required throughout the preclinical development of antipsychotic drugs. We welcome projects of any size and our scientists will be happy to help you determine the best solution for your project, please
