Description Ready-to-Use 3D Hydrogel Kit is a set of reagents for constructing extracellular matrix components in 3D cell culture, and is similar to a living extracellular matrix. The kits contain reagents for the preparation of hydrogels with a soft stiffness and an RGD peptide concentration of 0.4 mmol/L. You can use these reagents to control the extracellular environment and design 3D systems suitable for cell survival.
