Description 3D Dextran-PEG Hydroge Kit contains the necessary reagents for creating hydrogels that gel fast and are compatible with living cells, which are maleimide functionalized dextran (Mal-Dextran), and PEG-Link, a cross-linking agent. The formation of a gel through the stable bonding of thiol groups on PEG-Link with maleimide groups on the Mal-Dextran, when the two reagents are combined.
