Collagen Type IV (Human Placenta) from Human Cell Culture from Ace Therapeutics is derived from human placenta and is highly purified native, type IV collagen.

Cultrex Mouse Collagen IV from Ace Therapeutics is a stromal extracellular matrix protein purified from a murine engelbreth-holm-swarm (EHS) tumor. This product can promote cell adhesion in cell and tissue cultures as well as be used as a hydrogel or thin coating for tissue culture vessels.

Collagens Type IV is derived from bovine tissue treated with pepsin. This product does not gel and needs to be mixed with collagen type I-A.

Collagen from Human Placenta is used to induce differentiation of endothelial cells and rat pluripotent cells. This product is a lyophilized powder that can be reconstituted at 1 mg/mL in sterile 0.5 M acetic acid, PBS, or water.

Porcine Gelatine from Ace Therapeutics is a purified gelatin matrix from porcine tissue. The product can enhance the adsorption of various normal cells and transfected cells.

Goat Collagen Type I, 10 mg from Ace Therapeutics is purified from goat tissue. Type I collagen is found in connective tissues and is the major component of tensile strength of the extracellular matrix (ECM). The product is widely used as a thin layer on tissue-culture surfaces to enhance the attachment and proliferation of a variety of cells including endothelial cells, fibroblasts, hepatocytes, epithelial cells, etc. In addition, the product can self-assemble into a 3-D supramolecular gel in vitro as an ideal biological scaffold.

Human Collagen Type I from Ace Therapeutics is a purified collagen derived from adult human placenta tissue, and this product can be used as a thin layer on tissue culture surfaces to enhance cell adhesion and valorization.

The rat tail collagen I provided by Ace Therapeutics is prepared according to the Birkedal-Hansen method through acetic acid extraction, sodium chloride precipitation, and disodium hydrogen phosphate precipitation. This product is a sterile solution dissolved in 6mM HAc, with a concentration of 5mg/ml. Each batch of products passes cell culture testing (including three-dimensional space culture) to ensure quality reliability. Note: Please keep the entire operation at a low temperature on ice because rat tail collagen I at room temperature can quickly form a gel.

Porcine Collagen Type I and III, 10 mg from Ace Therapeutics is purified from pig’s tissue. Type I collagen is the most abundant collagen and is found in connective tissues including tendons, ligaments, dermis, and blood vessels. Type III collagen is the second most abundant collagen in tissues and is found most commonly in tissues exhibiting elastic properties such as skin, lungs, intestinal walls, and walls of blood vessels, which resembles other fibrillar collagens in structure and function.

The rat tail collagen I provided by Ace Therapeutics is prepared according to the Birkedal-Hansen method through acetic acid extraction, sodium chloride precipitation, and disodium hydrogen phosphate precipitation. This product is derived from a rat tail, dissolved in 0.02M HAc solution, and the purity is greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and it is sterile.
