Rat Tail Collagen Type I (from Rat Tail Tendon) from Ace Therapeutics is purified from rat tail by the Birkedal-Hansen method. This product has the advantages of high purity (SDS-PAGE>85%), low endotoxin, and easy storage and transportation, making it convenient for customers to prepare the required concentration.

The rat tail collagen I provided by Ace Therapeutics is prepared according to the Birkedal-Hansen method through acetic acid extraction, sodium chloride precipitation, and disodium hydrogen phosphate precipitation. This product is a sterile solution dissolved in 6mM HAc, with a concentration of 5mg/ml. Each batch of products passes cell culture testing (including three-dimensional space culture) to ensure quality reliability. Note: Please keep the entire operation at a low temperature on ice because rat tail collagen I at room temperature can quickly form a gel.

Rat Tail Tendon Collagen Type I, 5mg/ml is prepared by the method of Birkedal-Hansen through acetic acid extraction, sodium chloride precipitation, disodium hydrogen phosphate precipitation, and other steps. This product can be used to coat cell culture vessels and culture some cells that are difficult to adhere to in ordinary cell culture vessels. It can also be used to prepare three-dimensional glue to simulate a real growth environment and allow cells to grow in a three-dimensional environment.

Collagens Type IV is derived from bovine tissue treated with pepsin. This product does not gel and needs to be mixed with collagen type I-A.

Mouse Collagen Type I and III, 5 mg from Ace Therapeutics is purified from rom tail tendons of the mouse. Type I collagen is the most abundant collagen and is found in connective tissues including tendons, ligaments, dermis, and blood vessels. Type III collagen is the second most abundant collagen in tissues and is found most commonly in tissues exhibiting elastic properties such as skin, lungs, intestinal walls, and walls of blood vessels, which resembles other fibrillar collagens in structure and function.

Porcine Collagen Type I, 30 mg from Ace Therapeutics is purified from porcine tendon. Type I collagen is found in connective tissues and is the major component of tensile strength of the extracellular matrix (ECM). The product is widely used as a thin layer on tissue-culture surfaces to enhance the attachment and proliferation of a variety of cells including endothelial cells, fibroblasts, hepatocytes, epithelial cells, etc. In addition, the product can self-assemble into a 3-D supramolecular gel in vitro as an ideal biological scaffold.

Bovine Collagen Type V (Atelocollagen), 1 mg from Ace Therapeutics is purified from bovine placenta.

Rat Collagen I, Low Viscosity from Ace Therapeutics is a purified stromal extracellular matrix protein from rat tail tendons. This product is provided at a standard concentration that is lower in viscosity, making it easier to work with.

Collagen Type IV (Human Placenta) from Human Cell Culture from Ace Therapeutics is derived from human placenta and is highly purified native, type IV collagen.
