The rat tail collagen I provided by Ace Therapeutics is prepared according to the Birkedal-Hansen method through acetic acid extraction, sodium chloride precipitation, and disodium hydrogen phosphate precipitation. This product is derived from a rat tail, dissolved in 0.02M HAc solution, and the purity is greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and it is sterile.

Canine Collagen Type I and III, 10 mg from Ace Therapeutics is purified from canine collagen. Type I collagen is the most abundant collagen and is found in connective tissues including tendons, ligaments, dermis, and blood vessels.
