Sales Executive, IBD Project

As the Sales Executive for the IBD program, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and playing a vital role in promoting and selling our products and services related to IBD research.

Responsibility
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential clients, market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Develop strategies to expand customer base and increase market share. Actively pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Execute effective sales strategies including customer presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our IBD related products and services, provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers and effectively address their inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, Customer Support, etc. to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver projects on time and within budget. Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements, marketing strategies and overall business growth.
Qualifications
  • Ph.D. degree in biomedical, life sciences or related field.
  • Relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Good communication skills and team player.
  • Good customer service sense, some project management experience, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive problem solving skills and ability to cope with complex situations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
