IL-2R gamma forms heterodimer with IL-2R beta, and increases the affinity of IL-2R beta for IL-2. IL-2R gamma plays an important role in the development, activation, proliferation, differentiation and regulation of lymphocytes and other cell types. IL-2R gamma/CD132 Protein (HEK293, His) is a recombinant human extracellular region of IL-2R gamma (L23-A262) with a C-Terminal 6*His tag, which is produced in HEK293 cells. |
