Function	Inhibits NF-kappa-B by complexing with and trapping it in the cytoplasm. Association with inhibitor kappa B-interacting NKIRAS1 and NKIRAS2 prevent its phosphorylation rendering it more resistant to degradation, explaining its slower degradation.
