Experimental Project Director, IBD
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading teams of scientists in the development and implementation of client IBD experimental programs. She/he will be able to provide expert guidance and direction to the overall project utilizing current research trends in the pathogenesis of IBD and IBD.

Responsible for experimental projects related to IBD research, including planning, execution and timely delivery of project milestones.

Develop and implement experimental protocols to advance understanding of IBD, identify potential therapeutic targets, and design innovative experimental approaches.

Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to leverage expertise and resources to achieve project success.

Provide scientific guidance and direction to research teams to ensure compliance with protocols, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare comprehensive project reports, conduct presentations, and effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences including the scientific community and management team.

Supervise and mentor researchers to foster a collaborative and productive work environment while promoting professional growth and development.

Qualifications |

Ph.D. in biomedical sciences, immunology, gastroenterology or related discipline.

Experience in IBD research and a strong track record of scientific achievement.

Demonstrated ability to effectively mentor and motivate a research team, manage resources and drive project success.

In-depth knowledge of IBD pathophysiology, emerging research trends, and experimental techniques used in the field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a team environment.

Drug discovery and development experience preferred.
