Description Annexin V-PE Apoptosis Staining/Detection Kit is a one-step staining procedure that detects apoptosis by staining exposed phosphatidylserine (PS) which has translocated to the external cell surface. The kit is used to detect membrane changes that occur in early apoptotic cells.

• 7-AAD Staining solution

• Apoptotic cells: Stained by Annexin V-PE but not 7-AAD
