Description 3D Dextran-CD Hydrogel Kit contains the necessary reagents for creating hydrogels that gel slowly and are compatible with living cells, which are SG-Dextran and CD-Link, a cross-linking agent. The formation of a gel through the stable bonding of thiol groups on CD-Link with thiol-reactive groups on SG-Dextran, when the two reagents are combined at physiological pH (pH 7.2).
