Molecule Mass

The recombinant human / cynomolgus VEGF165 consists of 165 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 19.2 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 22 kDa and 24 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Lyophilized from sterile 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl, pH 8.0Please contact us for any concerns or special requirements. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
