Responsible for pre-sales consultation and post-sales technical assistance for services such as mental disease animal/cellular model development, molecular biology, electrophysiological analysis, and biomarker development.
Interpret and analyze customer data, provide technical tips to customers, and provide troubleshooting solutions when problems arise.
Participate in marketing team meetings and provide input regarding customer feedback, website content, sales analysis, marketing strategies, etc.
Keep abreast of market and industry dynamics, track competitors' product developments, and make relevant strategic recommendations.
Represent the company at trade show conferences such as ASCB, AACR, EB and SFN and assist in developing potential customers.
Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree and at least 2 years of laboratory experience in the life sciences.
Solid knowledge of biotechnology and molecular biology and familiarity with common experimental procedures.
Familiar with PCR, cell culture, gene cloning, protein expression and other techniques.
Good teamwork and communication skills, able to maintain good cooperative relationship with team members and customers.
Ability to solve problems in experiments independently and have the ability to think and solve problems independently. Possess good English
Experience working in the field of psychiatric disorders is preferred.
