Provide expertise and experience in research and drug development in psychiatric disorders
Design and execute experiments, analyze and interpret data to advance knowledge and treatments in the field of psychiatric disorders.
Lead small to medium sized R&D projects.
Provide technical solutions to project management and production teams and provide guidance with strong troubleshooting skills.
Perform laboratory work efficiently and ensure a safe work environment.
Track progress against project timelines, generate regular status updates, and communicate progress and issues at internal team meetings and with external collaborators.
Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in biology, bioinformatics, genetics or related field.
Relevant research or project experience in the field of psychiatric disorders is preferred.
Familiarity with common psychiatric disorders classification and diagnostic guidelines, and understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment approaches
Excellent research and statistical analysis skills and the ability to effectively interpret and write scientific papers.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills and the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
