Senior Scientist, R&D

• Provide expertise and experience in research and drug development in psychiatric disorders
• Design and execute experiments, analyze and interpret data to advance knowledge and treatments in the field of psychiatric disorders.
• Lead small to medium sized R&D projects.
• Provide technical solutions to project management and production teams and provide guidance with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Perform laboratory work efficiently and ensure a safe work environment.
• Track progress against project timelines, generate regular status updates, and communicate progress and issues at internal team meetings and with external collaborators.

• Master's degree or higher in biology, bioinformatics, genetics or related field.
• Relevant research or project experience in the field of psychiatric disorders is preferred.
• Familiarity with common psychiatric disorders classification and diagnostic guidelines, and understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment approaches
• Excellent research and statistical analysis skills and the ability to effectively interpret and write scientific papers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills and the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
