Professional Project Specialists

• Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing biotech projects to ensure projects are completed on time, in quality and quantity.
• Track and monitor project progress, develop and execute project plans, and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the cooperation among various departments to promote the smooth implementation of projects.
• Analyze and evaluate project effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement and optimization.
• Develop strategic plans for projects according to the company's strategic objectives and ensure the implementation and execution of projects.
• Continuously follow the latest developments and trends in the field of antipsychotic drug development and provide relevant suggestions and opinions.
• Other duties as assigned based on qualifications.

• Ph.D. in genetics, statistics, molecular cell biology, bioinformatics, or related field.
• Broad understanding of cellular and molecular biology. Experimental background involving the field of psychiatry is desirable.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Excellent team management and communication skills with the ability to coordinate and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
• Good analytical and judgmental skills with the ability to effectively evaluate and optimize projects.
• Good communication skills, conscientious and diligent, with a strong sense of responsibility for the work.
