The recombinant human NFASC comprises 926 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 104.4 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 114-119 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Lyophilized from sterile 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl, 10% Glycerol, 5% trehalose, 0.02%Tween 20, pH8.5.Please contact us for any concerns or special requirements. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
