The recombinant mouse FGF7 consists of 181 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 21 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 25 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Lyophilized from sterile 10 mM Na2HPO4, 1.8 mM KH2PO4, 2.7 mM KCl, 140 mM NaCl, 15 % glycerol.Please contact us for any concerns or special requirements. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
