Clofexamide hydrochloride is the salt form of Clofexamide, also known as Amichlophene, an antidepressant that was a component of the drug combination clofezone, the other being the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug phenylbutazone. Clofexamide is used to treat joint and muscular pain.
