Ace Therapeutics has extensive expertise in the development of psychiatric cell models. We provide customized services for stem cells and neurons for psychiatric research, facilitating our clients' research and providing high-quality data.
Mental illness is associated with significant economic, social, and personal burdens. Challenges such as disease heterogeneity, incomplete characterization of available drug targets, and limited understanding of complex pathogenesis have impacted the development of new therapies. Recent advances in genetics, molecular biology, and stem cell biology have accelerated our understanding of neuropsychiatric disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), major depressive disorder (MDD), bipolar disorder (BD), and schizophrenia (SZ). Cell-based models can better represent and reveal the complexity of the pathophysiology of neuropsychiatric disorders.

The mission of Ace Therapeutics is to provide cellular models from high-quality sources for psychiatric pathology and drug discovery. We strongly believe that the use of effective cellular models increases the clinical relevance of neuroscience research programs. With our cellular models, you can study and model clinically important psychiatric disorders in relevant genetic and cellular environments. Our proven technology platform allows for the mass production of high-quality neurons to meet the greatest project needs.
The cell model development services we offer include, but are not limited to
We offer SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cell models, iPSC-Derived Neural Cell Models, and glial cell models (including oligodendrocytes, astrocytes, and microglia) for schizophrenia research.
We offer primary neuronal cell models (cortical or hippocampal neurons), neuronal cell lines (rat clonal pheochromocytoma PC12, human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y, mouse hippocampal HT-22), primary glial cell cultures (astrocytes, microglia) and glial cell lines (murine glioma C6, microglial BV2) models.
We provide lymphoblastoid cell lines, fibroblast olfactory neuronal epithelium (ONE) and neuronal cell models reprogrammed from IPSC for pathophysiological studies of BD and for drug development against bipolar disorder. We generate new insights into the mechanisms underlying the onset, progression, and eventual treatment of BD by generalizing and monitoring health and disease networks in culture dishes.
Ace Therapeutics is committed to providing quality data and comprehensive services for your drug development, and we are happy to use our extensive experience and advanced platform to provide the best possible service to meet our clients' every need. If you are interested in this service please
