Molecule Mass

The recombinant human CD44 consists of 211 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 23.4 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rhCD44 is approximately 43-48 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
