Activity

Immobilized Cynomolgus ALCAM-His at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind mouse CD6-Fc. The EC50 of mouse CD6-Fc is 0.07-0.15 μg/ml.

The recombinant cynomolgus ALCAM comprises 510 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 57.3 KDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 65-68 KDa respectively in SDS-PAGE.
