< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Activity
1. Immobilized human ACVR2B at 10 μg/mL (100 μl/well) can bind biotinylated mouse INHBA-His, The EC50 of biotinylated mouse INHBA-His is 0.161 μg/mL.
2. Immobilized mouse INHBA-his at 10 μg/mL (100 μl/well) can bind human Follistatin Protein, The EC50 of human Follistatin Protein is 0.39 μg/mL.
3. Measured by its ability to inhibit proliferation of MPC-11 cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.8-4 μg/mL.
Protein Construction
A DNA sequence encoding the pro form of mouse INHBA (NP_032406.1) (Met 1-Ser 424) was expressed, with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.

Molecule Mass
The secreted recombinant mouse INHBA comprises 415 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 46.5 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rmINHBA is approximately 18 & 43 kDa corresponding to the mature inhibin beta A chain and the pro domain respectively in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Formulation
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4Please contact us for any concerns or special requirements. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are provided as lyophilized powder which are shipped at ambient temperature.Bulk packages of recombinant proteins are provided as frozen liquid. They are shipped out with blue ice unless customers require otherwise.
Stability & Storage
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution
A hardcopy of datasheet with reconstitution instructions is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
