Description
Acivicin is an inhibitor of gamma-glutamyl transferase. It is a potent antineoplastic agent. Acivicin interferes with glutamate metabolism and inhibits glutamate dependent synthesis of enzymes, and is thereby potentially helpful in treatment of solid tumors.
