A liquid medium containing essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors, trace minerals and low concentrations of fetal bovine serum (5%). It is a complete medium designed for optimal growth of trabecular meshwork cells in vitro.

Components
500 ml of Medium for Trabecular Meshwork Cells (TMCs) consists of basal medium, 25 ml of FBS, 5ml of Trabecular Meshwork Cell Growth Supplement and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
Storage
Store at 2-8℃. Protect from light. Avoid a low temperature storage.
Note: When stored in the dark at 4℃, the reconstituted complete medium is stable for six months.

- This product can be directly used for culture of Trabecular Meshwork Cells in vitro, without additional FBS and P/S solution.
- Pay attention to aseptic operation when using the product to avoid contamination.
- In order to maintain the best use effect of this product, do not place it in room temperature or high temperature environment for a long time.
- Please use the product within the shelf life, if the shelf life is beyond, it must be abandoned.
