CM-02
A liquid medium containing essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors, trace minerals. The medium does not contain serum. The medium contains a bicarbonate buffer system and has a PH of 7.4 when balanced in a 5% CO2 /95% air incubator. It is a complete medium designed for optimal growth of retinal ganglion cells in vitro.

Components
500 ml of Medium for Retinal Ganglion Cells (RGCs) consists of basal medium, 10 ml Retinal Ganglion Cell growth supplement and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
Storage
Store the basal medium at 4℃, growth supplement and P/S solutions at -20℃. Protect from light.

- Retinal Ganglion Cell growth supplement and P/S are not pre-mixed in Retinal Ganglion Cell Medium; they must be added separately to make the complete Retinal Ganglion Cell Medium.
