Product Description	VO-OHPic is a reversible, noncompetitive and selective PTEN inhibitor with an IC50 of 46 nM. VO-OHPic attenuates apoptosis, adverse cardiac remodeling, and pro-inflammatory M1 macrophages in doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy. VO-OHPic inhibits autophagy.
