Description Human KAT3B ELISA kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Human KAT3B protein in human cell culture samples. It uses our proprietary ELISA technology. Quantitate Human KAT3B with 51 pg/mL sensitivity ELISA technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our ELISA plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time.

Participates in CLOCK or NPAS2-regulated rhythmic gene transcription; exhibits a circadian association with CLOCK or NPAS2, correlating with increase in PER1/2 mRNA and histone H3 acetylation on the PER1/2 promoter. Acetylates MTA1 at 'Lys-626' which is essential for its transcriptional coactivator activity. Acetylates XBP1 isoform 2; acetylation increases protein stability of XBP1 isoform 2 and enhances its transcriptional activity.
