Senior Scientist - Ace Therapeutics

Ace Therapeutics is dedicated to accelerating the basic research and novel therapy development of cardiovascular diseases. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a senior scientist specialized for cardiovascular diseases research. The candidate will design and evaluate therapy development strategies, working collaboratively across research functions.

Senior Scientist, Cardiovascular
Key Responsibilities	Work closely with the research team in cardiovascular diseases related therapeutics development. Lead preclinical assay development programs in ex vivo and in vivo studies. Oversee disease model and analytical assay development. Write technical documents including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), protocol, reports. Support patent application and registration. Supervise and train technical staff as the need arises.
Basic Qualifications	Ph.D. in pathology, biophysics, medicinal chemistry, immunology, or related fields. A minimum of 2 years of industry experience in structure-guided drug discovery (therapeutic proteins/antibodies or small-molecule drugs). Hands-on experience in preclinical drug discovery project including hit identification, lead optimization and preclinical development. Strong leadership and managerial skills to establish and manage successful relationships with internal and external collaborators.
